Under Armour Curry 6

It’s hard to believe that this is already Steph Curry’s 6th edition of performance basketball shoes.

Under Armour Curry 6 Performance Review

The UA Curry 6 features a full-length knit with Fuse overlays in the toecap and areas where your shoe may experience high wear-and-tear. The Knit provides flexible, breathable and comfortable shoes.

Translucent or solid outsoles available. KK tested out the translucent outsole. The Curry 6 features multi-directional traction patterns with spiral patterns in the front part of the outsole, with a mix of herringbone in the heels. Takes some time to break in, but traction sticks after.

The Curry 6 features full-length Hover technology. The cushion setup can be quite firm but provides you with very good impact protection.

Support and Lockdown

A heel cup that locks your foot in and a lacing system that wraps wholly around your foot provides decent support.

Wide-footer friendly as it features a bigger base. Narrow footers may possibly look to go half-size down. But as usual, try them on before purchase if possible.

Overall Thoughts

Fun shoes that are good to play in, may not make our top 5, but carves out space in our rotation for games!
